We couldn't do the work we do without the help of a lot of different, wonderful people. You'll find some of them here, along with other organisations we've worked with in some way, who have a similar heart for differently-able people.
Resurrection Bikes
Resurrection Bikes in Harrogate have given us a huge amount of support, for which we're extremely grateful. Their team of dedicated volunteers accept donations of old bikes, which they bring lovingly back to life and then sell to raise funds for charities such as ours. We quite literally couldn't do the work we do without the amazing support they've given us over many months. Thank you John, Andy, Jon & team! To donate a bike, or find out more, see the website: http://www.resurrectionbikes.org.uk/

The Nightflyers
The Nightflyers are a fabulous 14-piece Jazz band. They very kindly played at our Blitz Party this year. And they will be playing more fantastic live Jazz at our Summer Ball.
"The Nightflyers were the perfect compliment to the vintage feel of the 'Back to the Blitz Party' in Ripley last night and created a fantastic ambiance which tied in perfectly with the 1940s décor. Looking around the hall, one felt transported to another age, and when the band struck up it was as if Glenn Miller and his band had entered the room! Truly a superb evening , and a superb band. Quite probably the best live jazz band in the North". Michael Bell (Award-winning Photographer) We highly recommend them! You can book them for an event over at their website. |
